It is privately situated on its own acreage with wineries, horseback riding, Shenandoah River tubing/kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, ATV riding, shooting & much more are available within only a few miles! Very peaceful, quiet, and private location yet close to so many attractions.

Easily accessed by any vehicle, 4WD not necessary.
